NEW ADVANCEMENTS

5 Young Men were advanced to the office of an Elder in the Melchizedek Priesthood during the General Session of Stake Conference held last July 24, 2011. On the afternoon of their conferral, these fine young men were trained in the duties of an Elder and were given instructions on how to go about their duties especially in Home Teaching.

See if you can recognize them.

You got them right. They are Bro/s. Gimeno, Lim, Paragoso, Acosta. (Not in the picture is Bro. Tayao). They come from the Tumaga, Tugbungan & Guiwan Wards respectively.

3 of these Brethren are looking forward to serving a full-time mission next year. One of them has even expressed a desire to be at the MTC on his 19th birthday. We wish these brethren well as they take on more mature responsibilities in the Church.
