The recently completed MTC has just been opened to the public a few weeks ago. A more detailed description of what an MTC stands for can be read here.

The gospel will have to be sounded to every ear and so the training center will cater to multi-lingual speakers:
This building can hold 4-5 times the current MTC.
It is a classy facility fitting the messenger and the message:

Yup, that is Elder Lozano alright. They call him John Paul in the outer world and he served an honorable mission in Cebu.
